Team Procurement of Goods / Services PT PJB Services will implement the Pre-qualification Repeat for the work package Construction Services Building Training Development Center (TDC) PT PJB Services as follows:
1. Work Package
Name of work packages: Construction Services Building Training Development Center (TDC) PT PJB Services
The total value of HPS: Rp 17,750,000,000.00 (Seventeen Billion Seven Hundred Fifty Million) Source of funding: PT PJB Services Investment Budget 2015
2. Requirements
Prequalification is open and can be followed by participants in the form of business entity (PT) or partnership / KSO with the following requirements:
a. Have a Permit for Construction Services (SIUJK) is still valid
b. Qualifications: Non-Small
c. Enterprises have the qualification certificate for the following areas:
– Building Construction Other (BG009)
– Installation of Electric Power Building and Factory (EL010)
– Construction Installation of Air (Air Condi-tioner) heating and ventilation (MK001)
– Construction Piping Water (Plumbing) in the building and the line is (MK002)
3. Registration Pre-qualification
3.1 Registration and Qualification Document retrieval:
3.1.1 Date: 7 s.d January 14, 2015
3.1.2 Time: 9:00 s.d. 14:00 pm
3.1.3 Place and address: PT PJB Services
Jl. Juanda No. 17
Sidoarjo
3.2 Registration and pre-qualification document retrieval can be represented with a Letter of Assignment from the Managing Director / Chairman of the Company / Branch and identification cards.
3.3 person prohibited from representing more than 1 (one) company in the register and take the Pre-qualification documents.
