On Monday (08/19/2019), the Annual Agenda of PT PJB Services’ Human Capital Forum was held for two days until August 20, 2019.
The theme of the HC Forum this time is “The Role of Human Capital as a Strategic Partner in Achieving Company Performance Targets”. President Director of PT PJB Services Mr. Djati Prasetyo, HC Director of PT PJB Services Mr. Dedi Budi Utomo and the Director of HR & Administration of PT PJB Mr. Suharto attended the event.
In this year’s HC Forum Culture Innovation Competition was held between Units with the aim of implementing corporate culture in every work activity. In addition, there was also an Exemplary Selection of corporate-level SIAP, as a venue for selecting a SIAP PJB Services Ambassador. Also there is a Group Discussion Forum that discusses action plans for achieving company performance specifically related to Human Capital performance targets.
