Today (Tuesday, July 23, 2019), the Inauguration Ceremony and Reoperation of the Sampean Baru Micro-hydro Power Plant was held in Bondowoso. Previously the PLTM Sampean Baru was inaugurated on November 25, 1998 with a capacity of # 1 of 1.2 MW and # 2 of 0.6 MW.
The inauguration was attended by the Regent of Bondowoso, Mr. Salwa Arifin, Chairman of the DPRD Mr. H Tohari S. Ag, Secretary of Bondowoso, General Manager of PT PLN Distribution East Java, Mr. Bob Saril, President Director of PJB Services, Mr. Djati Prasetyo, GM of PLN Pusharlis, and Director of O&M PJB Services, Mr. Nur Hidayat.
On this occasion PJB Services also thanked the PLTM Sampean Baru in Bondowoso for giving the trust to manage O&M services for 5 years.
Congratulations for PLTM Sampean Baru, hopefully being able to provide electricity for the people of Bondowoso and surrounding areas.
