On Friday (08/03/2019) at the Training Development Center (TDC) Building, the Generation Expert Competency Development Workshop was held. As a resource person in this workshop was Mr. Bagyo Riawan, one of the Senior Power Generation Experts who was also the President Commissioner of PT PJB Services.
In his remarks at the opening of the Workshop, Director of Human Capital of PT PJB Services, Dedi Budi Utomo said that the development of this Generation Expert Competency was a strategic step for PT PJB Services in preparing the Plant Expertation which would be a Strategic Asset for Companies in competing in Operation & Plant Maintenance .
The workshop, which was also attended by the General Manager of PJB Academy, Agus Bagio Hartadi, was attended by several Engineers who would formulate the system and mechanism for developing career career paths at PT PJB Services.
